Pensiamo che siano una società opaca nella gestione dei costi, fumosa nelle spiegazione di certi costi. LORO DECIDONO QUANTI RIFIUTI DEVI PAGARE ANCHE SE UN UFFICIO E' SFITTO ED INATTIVO!!. A tutto c'è un limite!!!! Ci appelleremo all'associazione consumatori utenti! Peccato che a Noi, ancora non siano arrivati, ovvero, gira un solo camion per le consegne dei bidoni e sono arrivati a metà della mia via. Ma io dico. 2 camion no? Uno scarica e quando finisce i bidoni parte il secondo mentre il primo torna a rifornire. No, un carico al giorno. Nel mio paese è pieno di condomini, un camion basta per 2 palazzi in sostanza. Ma tralasciando l'organizzazione di Alea, ho chiamato 2 giorni fa dicendomi che tutto era ok e sarebbero arrivati da lì a breve (stranamente risposta in circa 5 minuti di chiamata) ma la cosa che mi interessa sapere è che, domani che inizia la raccolta, io cosa metto fuori i bidoni vecchi pagando la tariffa nuova? In più Alea è chiuso fino a Lunedì quindi non posso ne chiamare ne mandare Mail. In più la cosa del secco che costa quasi 18 euro a svuotamento...quella non la capisco. Guardate che tutto il secco che voi dite che è risparmiato, non so se ve ne siete accorti, ma è ai lati delle strade e sotto ai campi. E gira e rigira, ve lo mangiate VOI. Come Alea potreste intervenire in maniera più efficace e incisiva per perseguire tali comportamenti? Altrimenti é possibile che con la partenza della tariffa puntuale per il secco e per il ritiro degli ingombranti, questo comportamento si diffonda ulteriormente. Grazie. Bidone pieno con relativa puzza in casa e bidone dei vicini parcheggiato di fronte a casa per 4 giorni. Grazie per gli originali addobbi natalizi. Nella raccolta della differenziata, e nello specifico della plastica (tra l'altro avvenuta con un giorno di ritardo...omissis), l' operatore non ha svuotato completamente il bidoncino giallo, ma cosa più importante, è stato che ha buttato in terra, vicino allo stesso bidoncino, della plastica. Quando l'ho rincorso per avere spiegazioni, a parte la poca e scarsa gentilezza nel rispondere alla domanda "perché a terra, e non nel bidone giallo" mi ha risposto in modo ben poco opportuno, che quella non era plastica. A parte, che l'oggetto della questio si tratta essere parti non meccaniche di un premiagrumi e pertanto se non è plastica quella, di cosa si tratta...(omissis), ma la cosa che più mi premeva era un chiarimento sul "buttare in terra". Questa azione l'ho ritenuta estremamente offensiva, un atto di sdegno con il cittadino pagante le tasse (e anche profumatamente), scevro di rispetto della mia persona, dell'ambiente, e del proprio lavoro. E ripeto, non è stata la prima volta. Come cittadino mi ritengo offeso di pagare con le mie tasse lo stipendio di chi non mi rispetta, di chi non rispetta l'ambiente (SIAMO NOI CITTADINI CHE EFFETTUIAMO LA DIFFERENZIATA...), e che con un'azione come questa, offende anche il proprio lavoro.
