Il tecnico l’altro giorno dopo due chiamate e solleciti da parte mia mi chiede scusa e mi dice se può richiamarmi dopo 10 minuti. Sono ancora qui che aspetto. Devo essere sincero, l'Istituto è scandaloso, la gestione di Milano è affidato a delle persone che non hanno nessuna esperienza nel settore. Alla Puma (Milano) consiglio di chiudere, non siete all'altezza di lavorare a Milano. Piuttosto, coi soldi risparmiati, compratevi delle telecamere serie, che trovate ad un prezzo inferiore anche su Amazon e, in caso di necessità, premete il pulsante anti-panico: se non altro gli operatori della centrale operativa sono molto attenti e premurosi, questo sì! Dico questo perché è da mesi che le Pircam esterne lanciano, puntualmente e con uno spostamento in avanti di 13,3 secondi al giorno, falsi allarmi nel cuore della notte! Sia io che la centrale operativa abbiamo tempestato di segnalazioni l'assistenza tecnica, senza nessun riscontro, finché alla fine, un genio mi ha ridotto al minimo la sensibilità di dette Pircam, così che ora le posso azionare per poi divertirmi ad aggirarle tranquillamente!
