Sono stato letteralmente preso in giro dalla commessa che prima ha preso tempo dicendomi che doveva visionarlo un tecnico invece telefonando in sede davanti a lei mi dicono che non hanno visto i miei capi ma che si sono fidati del parere della loro dipendente. Avevo acquistato altri capi in passato e non ho trovato difetti, bastava ammettere le colpe e risarcire i danni documentati con fatture.. Vergognatevi!
Treated in an embarrassing way! Bought a sweater that lost its color on my new shirt, which I had to throw away. I was literally made fun of by the saleswoman who first took time telling me that a technician had to see it instead by calling the office in front of her they tell me that they have not seen my bosses but that they have trusted the opinion of their employee. I had bought other items in the past and I found no defects, it was enough to admit the faults and compensate the damages documented with invoices .. Shame on you!
