Trattasi, comunque, di esperienze legate al personale e non assolutamente alla qualità d’abbigliamento (motivo per cui due stelle). La prima volta: avevo il mio acquisto pronto alla cassa e avevo più volte fatto notare che dovevo pagare ciò che avevo preso, ma ad aspettarmi c’erano due commesse che parlavano solo e solamente di fatti loro, non calcolando minimamente la mia fretta. Una di loro mi dice, inoltre, “per favore alla cassa centrale” buffo che alla cassa centrale non c’era nessuno, e solo dopo aver fatto pettegolezzi e finito una di loro mi raggiunse. Seconda: avevo acquistato una giacca, e fin qui tutto ok. C’è da dire che i rilevamenti di sicurezza in quel negozio sono pessimi, poichè suonano anche se è tutto in regola. Per cui, pur essendo passati in mezzo, non suonarono. Tornata a casa mi accorgo solo oggi che la commessa si dimenticò di togliere l’antitaccheggio. Io avevo una certa urgenza di mettere il capo, e non posso, per la sbadataggine di una commessa. Dovrò chiedere a un negozio nella mia città (non abito nemmeno vicino al centro commerciale) se possa far qualcosa, o altrimenti mi devo fare chilometri solo per una sbadata. Attenzione al personale. Second: I had bought a jacket, and so far everything is ok. It must be said that the security detections in that shop are bad, since they sound even if everything is in order. So, despite having passed through the middle, they did not ring. Back home, I realize only today that the saleswoman forgot to remove the anti-shoplifting. I had a certain urgency to put on the boss, and I can't, because of the carelessness of a saleswoman. I will have to ask a shop in my city (I don't even live near the shopping center) if I can do something, or else I have to go miles just for a carelessness. Attention to the staff.

NB...ero con la mia ragazza a pagare e mi hanno detto di allontanarmi perché, solo chi paga può stare lì... Nonostante l'ammissione del loro errore, non hanno provveduto immediatamente alla sostituzione dei cartellini su altri articoli scontati inducendo così altri futuri clienti ad incappare nel mio problema. I paid full price for an accessory that had a discount tag.
