★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più. Ci hanno rovinato due giubbotti, in uno hanno scardinato un bottone e nell'altro lasciato pieghe indelebili. Purtroppo ce ne siamo accorti solo qualche settimana dopo quando li abbiamo tolti dal celofan per metterli.
Never again. Two jackets ruined us, one unhinged one button and one left indelible folds in the other. Unfortunately we only noticed a few weeks later when we removed them from the celofan to put them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno spezzato il bottone di una giacca usata 4 volte e non intendono risarcirmi nemmeno presentando lo scontrino. Motivazione: un bottone in plastica è un accessorio e come tale non viene risarcito, se fosse stato un bottone pregiato me lo avrebbero fatto togliere. Morale: mi costerà di più fare cambiare i tre bottoni della giacca che la pulizia dell'intero vestito. Ecco come si fa a perdere la clientela.
They broke the button of a used jacket 4 times and do not intend to compensate me even by presenting the receipt. Motivation: a plastic button is an accessory and as such is not compensated, if it had been a precious button they would have taken it away from me. Moral: it will cost me more to change the three buttons of the jacket than to clean the whole dress. Here's how you can lose your customers.
