Durante la pandemia sono stati esemplari sia nell'assistenza ai clienti e anche etici nel non lucrare sui rincari come tabti altri. Ragazzi giovani e pieni di entusiasmo, continuate così!!! Well stocked, convenient and then ... Staff always helpful and friendly, very well organized even the booking with collection at the cash desk. During the pandemic they were exemplary both in customer service and also ethical in not profiting on price increases like other tabti. Young and full of enthusiasm guys, keep it up !!!

There are many other stores in Fratta that offer the same items with much better customer services. Edit, 26/9/2019. I was there on the 19/09/2019 around 9ish in the morning. I purchased 5 items. Of those 5, the colour pencils for toddlers, I’d asked for assistance from a shop assistant, who happened to be at the cash till, since I couldn’t find the type of colour pencils I needed. Unfortunately the other items I needed were located inside the store with no one in sight. Given how large the store is, I didn’t have time to walk around to locate a shop assistant t request for clarification in prices. Therefore, I only picked up the items, I needed, that happened to have had clearly marked prices. Thanks for inviting me back to your store. But this was my fourth visit to it with each experience being pretty much the same hence the review.
