Ho chiamato la Pulitecnica per avere informazioni e Cristian, uno dei soci, si è offerto di fare un sopralluogo per comprendere meglio l'entità dell'operazione. Ho affidato quindi a loro la pulizia e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto, sia del risultato, sia dei tempi, sia del prezzo pattuito in precedenza. La squadra dedicata ha eseguito i lavori a regola d’arte e sono stati molto veloci; in mezza giornata hanno pulito i pavimenti e tutti gli infissi dopo i lavori di cantiere. Infine Cristian, ha risolto dei problemi: è riuscito a togliere la colla sugli infissi di legno senza rovinare il telaio, ha tolto la ruggine dalle piastrelle del balcone e tolto della Malta sulle ringhiere di ferro senza intaccare il colore. Insomma, sono capaci di utilizzare solventi e prodotti industriali anche in ambito domestico. Non so come avrei fatto senza di loro. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale.
