★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato la Pulitechservice. Non hanno effettuato le pulizie nelle modalità definite da accordi telefonici, ma avevano assicurato che sarebbero tornati per finire nei giorni successivi. Si son fatti di nebbia. Dopo diversi tentativi di chiamate senza risposta, alla richiesta di completare come da accordi, negano ripetutamente di aver mai detto che sarebbero ritornati e che non ritengono necessario il servizio richiesto.
Quindi non solo bugiardi ma anche attenzione al cliente 0.
Includo anche che il personale si è preso gioco del cliente pure deridendolo.
Se potessi mettere 0 stelline lo farei, ma il minimo è 1.
Consiglio: puntate ad altri se volete una impresa seria.
I called Pulitechservice. They did not carry out the cleaning in the manner defined by telephone agreements, but they had assured that they would return to finish in the following days. They are made of fog. After several attempts of unanswered calls, when asked to complete as agreed, they repeatedly deny that they ever said they would return and that they do not consider the requested service necessary.
So not only liars but also attention to the customer 0.
I also include that the staff made fun of the customer while also mocking him.
If I could put 0 stars I would, but the minimum is 1.
Tip: aim for others if you want a serious business.
