Metto una stella perché non se ne possono dare meno. Mia zia ha portato per mio conto una semplice coperta venerdì 28 settembre. Le era stata data una data di restituzione non rispettata. Ma non è tutto in quanto questa data è stata più volte posticipata fino ad arrivare a mercoledì 17 in cui gli è stata ulteriormente posticipata a sabato 20 settembre. A quel punto sono andata di persona a chiedere spiegazioni, e (vedi un po') la coperta mi è stata restituita venerdi 19 (quindi era evidentemente possibile averla pronta prima di sabato 20, come detto a mia zia) . Tenga a sottolineare non solo i 17 euro (prezzo assurdo) ma le ben 3 SETTIMANE per le quali non c'è stata la minima scusa, e l'ulteriore sfacciataggine del titolare che alla richiesta di riavere il mio bene mi ha chiesto espressamente a cosa mi servisse e se ne avessi davvero così bisogno. ASSURDO. Manca il RISPETTO nei confronti del tempo e della pazienza dei clienti che dovrebbero essere al centro del servizio e si trovano invece succubi di persone dal comportamento imbarazzante.

Keep underlining not only the 17 euros (absurd price) but the 3 WEEKS for which there was not the slightest excuse, and the further impudence of the owner who, when asked to get my property back, specifically asked me what I need it and if I really need it so. ABSURD. There is a lack of RESPECT for the time and patience of customers who should be at the center of the service and instead they are subjected to people with embarrassing behavior.

... giacca nuova della figlia usata pochissimo... mi sono raccomandata che non fosse usata acqua, pena il restringimento. " Certo che no, so quello che faccio". La giacca è tornata rimpicciolita e stretta, tanto che la fodera interna ora è abbondante, rispetto al tessuto sovrastante. Dice che poi torna come prima...invece avrebbe dovuto restituire il valore della giacca.È pure cara.
