★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disonesti e poco raccomandabili , hanno arrecato danni alla mia attività e ne hanno risarcito ne tanto meno riparato al danno , trattenendosi la somma versata in anticipo e liquidandomi facendo spallucce e dicendo di essere nulla tenenti…..da evitare assolutamente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scrivo questo messaggio per condividere la mia brutta esperienza con questa ditta, affinché possa essere da monito ad altri utenti ed evitare rovine di questo tipo. Mi sono avvalso dei servizi di questa ditta, in particolare del signor Giancarlo per ripulire la facciata esterna della mia attività che con i miei 30 anni ed enormi sacrifici ho costruito.
Nella fattispecie bisognava ripulire delle mattonelle esterne, e dopo aver accettato il loro preventivo ed aver richiesto delicatezza per proteggere gli infissi in acciaio appena messi ed ancora pellicolati, mi sono ritrovato con questi ultimi COMPLETAMENTE ROVINATI dall'acido che il signor Giancarlo ha utilizzato maldestramente per ripulire le mattonelle.
Nonostante lui stesso si sia reso conto del danno arrecatomi, si sono completamente lavati le mani dal problema che mi hanno causato, lasciando gli infissi rovinati e non continuando i lavori, trattenendosi anche la cifra data da me in anticipo per i lavori di pulizia (pari alla metà della somma da loro richiesta), sparendo nel nulla e non completando neppure la pulizia interna, lasciandomi con un danno di 4.000 euro perché dovrò cambiare gli infissi appena montati, tutto questo a poche settimane dall'apertura della mia attività. I am writing this message to share my bad experience with this company, so that it can be a warning to other users and avoid such ruins. I made use of the services of this company, in particular of Mr. Giancarlo to clean up the external facade of my business that with my 30 years and enormous sacrifices I have built.
In this case it was necessary to clean the external tiles, and after having accepted their estimate and having requested delicacy to protect the steel frames just placed and still filmed, I found myself with the latter COMPLETELY RUINED by the acid that Mr. Giancarlo used clumsily to clean up the tiles.
Although he himself realized the damage done to me, they completely washed their hands of the problem they caused me, leaving the windows damaged and not continuing the work, also withholding the amount given by me in advance for the cleaning work (equal half of the sum they requested), disappearing into thin air and not even completing the internal cleaning, leaving me with a damage of 4,000 euros because I will have to change the newly installed windows, all this within a few weeks of opening my business.
