Ho fatto un semipermanente alle unghie, lo smalto è stato messo in modo molto frettoloso e poco accurato, e la stesura non è uniforme ma a chiazze. Capisco che le mie unghie corte non abbiano permesso di applicare più di due strati di smato, ma almeno una stesura più accurata del colore sarebbe stata gradita.
Per la ceretta nessun problema, anche se di solito si lascia un olio o una crema per togliere i residui di cera, ma in questo caso no (forse colpa mia, avrei dovuto chiedere!).
In generale, ho notato poca attenzione per il cliente e molta fretta.
Sono rimasta dispiaciuta da questo trattamento, perchè le recensioni sono molte e molto buone: sono sicura che tante persone abbiano avuto un'esperienza migliore della mia
I'm sorry to write these things and not have said them verbally, but leaving the room I noticed a series of shortcomings.
I made a semi-permanent nail polish, the polish was put on in a very hasty and inaccurate way, and the application is not uniform but in patches. I understand that my short nails did not allow to apply more than two layers of smato, but at least a more accurate application of the color would have been welcome.
For waxing no problem, even if you usually leave an oil or a cream to remove the wax residues, but in this case no (maybe my fault, I should have asked!).
In general, I noticed little customer attention and a lot of rush.
I was disappointed with this treatment, because the reviews are many and very good: I am sure that many people have had a better experience than mine
