★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto cortesemente un preventivo, e dopo avere aspettando invano il primo appuntamento di giovedì sera e il secondo appuntamento di venerdì mattina (alle 9.30) alle 11.30 chiamo per vedere cosa era successo e mi risponde dicendomi “NON HO TEMPO CIAO” e mi mette giù il telefono, richiamo ancora e gli dico che io lo stavo ancora aspettando (per la seconda volta) e mi sento rispondere “IO SONO AL LAVORO CON 4 OPERAI E NON HO TEMPO E NON VOGLIO PROBLEMI” e mi sbatte ancora giù il telefono.
Tutt’ora non ho capito il perché abbia reagito così per un preventivo, deduco che sia per il 110 che non volesse problemi (bastava solamente dirlo prima, senza fare perdere tempo alle persone)
 I kindly asked for a quote, and after having waited in vain for the first appointment on Thursday evening and the second appointment on Friday morning (at 9.30) at 11.30 I call to see what had happened and he replies by saying "I HAVE NO TIME HELLO" and puts me down the phone, I call again and tell him that I was still waiting for him (for the second time) and I hear the answer "I AM WORKING WITH 4 WORKERS AND I DON'T HAVE TIME AND I DON'T WANT PROBLEMS" and he slams the phone down again.
I still don't understand why he reacted like this for a quote, I deduce that it is for 110 that he didn't want any problems (it was enough just to say it first, without wasting people's time)
