★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problematic, we were going to buy a house, the mortgage procedures wern't possible, because of some missing docs. We asked some questions, he or his clients were evasive, not replying. Then we had the possibility to buy in cash, after less then one month i asked if the house was still on sale, he did never reply.
