Quando mi sono arrivati ho notato, forse per eccesso di zelo, che la stampa o il taglio erano leggermente decentrati. Gliel'ho fatto notare e senza batter ciglio mi sono stati spediti immediatamente nuovi biglietti con le proporzioni che avevo richiesto, naturalmente senza chiedere nulla. Questa cosa per me non è per nulla scontata. Correggere i propri lavori per soddisfare i clienti non è solamente una questione di professionalità ma anche empatia, rispetto e grande attenzione a quello che si fá. When they got there, I noticed, perhaps from an excess of zeal, that the print or cut was slightly off-center.
