★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo effettuare un passaggio di proprietà, certificato di proprietà cartaceo. Gli uffici non hanno disponibilità da oggi 25 Nov fino al 9 Dicembre. Il call center sempre occupato. Richiesti chiarimenti via mail mi invitano a rivolgermi ad un ente ACI, che per depositare due documenti al PRA va da quattrocento euro in su. Inoltre, dopo aver autenticato la firma, la deposizione al PRA va fatta entro i termini stabiliti.
Il passaggio di proprietà è un atto statale, non capisco perché, se non ci si rivolge ad una agenzia, il tutto debba divenire maledettamente complicato. Lavoro come medico e, se non garantisco la continuità del mio servizio pubblico, mi chiamano i carabinieri.
 I need to make a change of ownership, paper ownership certificate. The offices are not available from today 25 Nov until 9 December. The call center is always busy. When asked for clarification via e-mail, they invite me to contact an ACI institution, which goes from four hundred euros upwards to deposit two documents at the PRA. Furthermore, after having authenticated the signature, the deposition to the PRA must be made within the established deadlines.
The transfer of ownership is a state act, I don't understand why, if you don't contact an agency, everything has to become damned complicated. I work as a doctor and, if I do not guarantee the continuity of my public service, the carabinieri call me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io devo fare un passaggio di proprietà per un autoveicolo. Mi togliete una curiosità? Come faccio a prendere un appuntamento, se nelle date disponibili i posti sono costantemente esauriti? Devo stare davanti al computer h 24 nella speranza di trovare un posto libero?
In questo periodo in Questura evadono 150 permessi di soggiorno in una mattinata, alle poste, con l'app di prenotazione non si fa nemmeno la coda, all'USL si cambia il medico in mezz'ora senza prenotazione.
L'emergenza covid esiste per tutti, non solo per voi. Forse qualche impiegatuccio in più sarebbe necessario. Pessimo servizio.
I have to make a change of ownership for a vehicle. Do you take away a curiosity? How can I make an appointment if places are constantly sold out on the available dates? Do I have to stay in front of the computer 24 hours a day in the hope of finding a free seat?
In this period, 150 residence permits are processed in one morning at the police station, at the post office, with the booking app you don't even queue, at the USL you change the doctor in half an hour without a reservation.
The covid emergency exists for everyone, not just you. Maybe a few more clerks would be needed. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comment,per qualsiasi pratica si accede solo per appuntamento,preso online tramite spid o carta d'identità elettronica.Per le persone anziane che non sono pratiche di computer praticamente non possono accedervi .
Non esiste un contatto telefonico.
I lavori pubblici se prima facevano poco adesso con la scusa del covid fanno ancora meno.
Vergognoso è dire poco.
No comment, for any file you can access it only by appointment, taken online via spid or electronic identity card. For elderly people who are not familiar with computers they can practically not access it.
There is no telephone contact.
The public works if before they did little now with the excuse of the covid they do even less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra un bunker da come è blindato per respingere gli invasori che non ci sono perché si può accedere solo su prenotazione telematica e con orario tipicamente italiano in senso negativo essendo aperto solo 4 giorni fino alle 12.30 e il venerdì fino alle 12.
Inoltre c'è solo una persona al pubblico che però è stata gentilissima e competente

, finalmente riesci ad arrivare al PRA e ti dicono che devi mandare un' email alla direzione e nemmeno si sa se risolvi qualcosa. È utile questo?

Stamattina mi sono recata per fare un passaggio di proprietà di un autoveicolo e con mia sorpresa mi sono trovata a pagare molto di più della cifra che mi era stata detta al telefono dalla signora a cui ho telefonato 3 volte . Premetto che non sono andata all’ACI , che offre un orario più flessibile, perché l’operazione mi costava 90 euro di più della cifra chiesta dal PRA. L’impiegato alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni per una cifra diversa da quella che mi era stata detta al telefono ha detto che per lui la cifra era quella e chi mi aveva detto un’altra cosa ha sbagliato .. Concludendo ho perso mezza giornata di lavoro , 45 minuti di viaggio e carburante per un risparmio in confronto all’ACI di 30 euro . Mai più è mai poi !.
Bad experience .. This morning I went to make a change of ownership of a car and to my surprise I found myself paying much more than the amount that had been told to me on the phone by the lady I called 3 times. I state that I did not go to ACI, which offers a more flexible schedule, because the operation cost me 90 euros more than the amount requested by the PRA. The clerk at my request for explanations for a figure other than the one I was told on the phone said that for him the figure was that and whoever told me something else was wrong .. La mattina mi sono presentata al PRA all'ora prestabilita, ho fatto il cambiamento di proprietà dell'auto di mio padre deceduto in tutta tranquillità e senza code. Ottimo servizio. ++++
A very kind lady from the call center gave me the tips to book an appointment online. In the morning I showed up at the PRA at the appointed time, I made the change of ownership of the car of my deceased father in complete tranquility and without queues. Excellent service. ++++
