Ho parlato direttamente con il proprietario Pino, prima c’è stato uno scambio di mail, poi messaggi per capire se potevano crearmi un cake topper.
Una volta assodata la fattibilità e anche il preventivo, sono andata in sede per vedere di persona il materiale. Ho dato l’ok, da allora sono passate 3 settimane, ho ricontattato il proprietario e lui leggeva ma non rispondeva ai miei messaggi più e più volte. Mi ha riposto solo una volta, dopo che gli avevo scritto “se non sei più disponibile, posso cambiare tranquillamente fornitore”, lui mi ha dato conferma che la sera stessa mi avrebbe mandato il file corretto, da allora sparito lui e il file.
Sono rimasta scioccata da come trattano i clienti!

I spoke directly with the owner Pino, first there was an exchange of emails, then messages to see if they could create me a cake topper.
Once the feasibility and also the estimate were established, I went to the office to see the material for myself. I gave the ok, 3 weeks have passed since then, I contacted the owner again and he read but did not reply to my messages over and over again. He only asked me once, after I wrote him "if you are no longer available, I can easily change supplier", he confirmed that the same evening he would send me the correct file, since then he and the file have disappeared.
I was shocked at how they treat customers!
CONGRATULATIONS FOR NON-PROFESSIONALISM !!!!
