Panini ottimi con ingrdienti genuini e di qualità; anche le patatine fritte sono superiori alla media! Ci siamo sentiti a casa con Silvano che è stato bravo a consigliarci cosa mangiare, si racconandano le cipolle caramellate. Brewery in the historic center of Locorotondo, a real discovery! Excellent sandwiches with genuine and quality ingredients; even the french fries are above average! We felt at home with Silvano who was good at recommending what to eat, telling the onions caramelized.

Ho acquistato un hamburger davvero buono, carne saporita e condimenti davvero ben bilanciati. Il servizio però è stato un po' lento (considerando che non c'erano altri clienti in quel momento). Il locale in estate non è ideale nelle giornate più calde: l'interno in pietra è molto carino, ma non climatizzato (almeno quando ci sono stato io); volendo mangiare all'esterno, è disponibile solo un banchetto con qualche sgabello piuttosto scomodo. Assurdo poi secondo me trovare un locale in chiusura all'uscita da un concerto in pieno Locus Festival (anche se il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto comunque accomodare, posticipando la chiusura). In ogni caso ci tornerei volentieri The final grade is an average between the quality of the raw materials (very good, being a pub) and the service / local. I bought a really good hamburger, tasty meat and really well-balanced seasonings. The service however was a bit slow (considering that there were no other customers at that time). In summer the restaurant is not ideal on hot days: the stone interior is very nice, but not air-conditioned (at least when I was there); if you want to eat outside, only a banquet is available with some rather uncomfortable stools. Absurd then in my opinion find a local in closing the exit from a concert in full Locus Festival (even if the owner was very kind and made us sit down anyway, postponing the closure). In any case I would go back there again

Forse dovrebbero aggiungere qualcosina in più da mangiare. Però nel complesso lo consiglio. The place is very characteristic, small and all in stone. Create a nice atmosphere of intimacy. Good and sought-after beers. Maybe they should add a little more to eat. But overall I recommend it.

Non c'è una grandissima varietà di piatti, ma probabilmente è una scelta vincente, abbiamo ordinato due burritos ed erano davvero ottimi! Dovessimo trovarci nuovamente in zona, torneremmo sicuramente! Great pub, well decorated and with a nice background of rock music. There isn't a huge variety of dishes, but it's probably a winning choice, we ordered two burritos and they were really good! Should we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely come back!
