Alle ore 21:40 contatto il ristoratore una prima volta chiedendo notizie in merito. Mi risponde dicendomi che ha avuto dei problemi con la stampante di just eat e di stare preparando in quel momento i miei panini, i quali sarebbero stati consegnati entro una quindicina di minuti. Passano ancora 30 minuti. Richiamo provando a far luce sulla questione ma per tutta risposta mi sento dire che nella telefonata precedente non era stato affatto detto che i panini erano in fase di preparazione né tantomeno che la consegna sarebbe avvenuta di lì a breve. Scelgo a quel punto di annullare l'ordine. L'imprevisto può capitare, per carità, ma quasi un'ora di ritardo mi sembra davvero troppo. Valutazione assolutamente negativa. Experience nothing short of hallucinating! Order placed via just eat at 8.15pm. Expected delivery at 21:20. At 21:40 I contact the restaurateur for the first time asking for news about it. He replies by telling me that he has had problems with the just eat printer and that he is preparing my sandwiches at that moment, which would be delivered within fifteen minutes. Another 30 minutes pass. I recall trying to shed some light on the matter but in response I am told that in the previous phone call it was not at all said that the sandwiches were being prepared nor that the delivery would take place shortly thereafter. At that point I choose to cancel the order. The unexpected can happen, for heaven's sake, but almost an hour late seems too much to me. Absolutely negative evaluation.
