e	elena di mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono venuta questa mattina con mia madre che aveva una visita prenotata con la Dott.ssa Platania; all'entrata un energumeno vigilantes lavativo che non voleva fare entrare mia madre adducendo, come motivazione, il fatto che la dott.ssa non fosse presente. senza contare il fatto che ha preteso di vedere il green pass, nonostante non sia più necessario , ma forse su questo siete mal informati. Ovviamentye la dott.ssa era presente e se non avessimo insistito, mia madre avrebbe perso la visita, Vergognatevi!!!! Per oggi è andata, ma se la prossima volta, ossia tra un mese, quando mia madre tornerà per la visita di controllo, verrà nuovamente ostacolata senza ragione, chiamerò i carabinieri e denuncerò il direttore sanitario di questa struttura. é assurdo e impensabile che venga assunta gentaglia del genere che blocca l'ingresso senza motivo, togliete questi lavativi! Un solo sportello attivo. Una vergogna.tra le vergogne.
l	luciano longhin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la prima volta dopo 45 anni ho conosciuto P.TA SAN LUIGI, e devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto: ho fatto prenotazione al numero verde gratuito ASP di Catania per fare ecografia TRANSRETTALE, ordinatami dal medico di famiglia circa 2 mesi fa e mi è stata assegnata come ambulatorio per eseguire detta ecografia la struttura sopracitata: non sono mai entrato in 45 anni che vivo a Catania al San Luigi e devo fare i complimenti al personale che gestisce la struttura, nonché al medico che mi ha visitato ed eseguito la ecografia. Ambiente molto pulito, ordinato e tutto a suo posto! Personale efficiente ed impegnato al proprio lavoro.Ho apprezzato molto la sorveglianza ed i controlli sanitari nell'occasione della pandemia in corso. Sommariamente sono rimasto soddisfatto sotto tutti i punti di vista anche dalla disponibilità del dottore che mi ha visitato e mi ha interpellato per conoscere le mie problematiche. Mi sembrava di non essere in Sicilia ma bensì al nord, da dove provengo e sono vissuto 20 anni. Complimenti 5 stelle meritate. For the first time in 45 years I met P.TA SAN LUIGI, and I must say that I was satisfied: I made a reservation at the ASP toll-free number in Catania to do TRANSRECTAL ultrasound, ordered by the family doctor about 2 months ago and the aforementioned structure was assigned as an outpatient clinic to perform said ultrasound: I have never entered in 45 years that I live in Catania at San Luigi and I must congratulate the staff who manages the structure, as well as the doctor who visited me and performed the ultrasound. Very clean, tidy and everything in its place! Staff efficient and committed to their work. I very much appreciated the surveillance and health checks on the occasion of the pandemic in progress. In summary, I was satisfied from all points of view also by the availability of the doctor who visited me and asked me to find out about my problems. It seemed to me that I was not in Sicily but in the north, where I come from and have lived for 20 years. Well done 5 stars you deserve.
