Stavo passando un periodo particolare, avevo paure ed ansie legate al mio fisico, pensavo di sapere cosa fosse giusto per me e per il mio corpo, ma non era così. Ho deciso quindi di prendere in mano la situazione e di affidarmi a loro: sin dalla prima telefonata e poi dal primo check, ho capito che avevo a che fare con ragazzi non solo estremamente preparati e professionali, ma anche empatici, sempre pronti ad ascoltarti, disponibili in ogni momento (24/7 nel vero senso della parola) e attenti ad ogni dettaglio. Ho avuto proprio la sensazione di essere accompagnata, con il supporto di grandi esperti, lungo un percorso che è stato fondamentale per me. Nulla viene lasciato al caso, la cura dei dettagli è incredibile, e questo ti porta a fidarti ciecamente di loro, che hanno come obiettivo null’altro che farti raggiungere la migliore forma di te stesso. In questi mesi sono stati di grande aiuto per ottenere dei risultati significativi in più ho imparato a mangiare bene (anche se qualche volta sgarravo ?) Sono stati presenti se un esercizio non mi riusciva bene, mandavano subito un video con l’esercizio corretto. Quando avrò un po’ più di tempo mi rimetterò sicuramente nelle loro mani!! I started a journey with PT \| SUIT online with Filippo and Laura. From the first online meeting I immediately understood that they are very prepared people in their profession. In recent months they have been of great help to obtain significant results plus I have learned to eat well (even if sometimes I was wrong ?) They were present if an exercise was not successful for me, they immediately sent a video with the correct exercise. When I have a little more time, I will definitely put myself back in their hands !!

Ho seguito varie persone, metodi e credenze, ma niente di tutto ciò mi ha portato al raggiungimento del mio obbiettivo. A distanza di un anno, con PT SUITE, sono riuscito a raggiungere molti degli obbiettivi prefissati, fra tutti quello di avere un fisico che desideravo da tempo. Nonostante dei piccoli problemi che mi hanno impedito di praticare attività fisica, mi hanno sostenuto non facendomi dimenticare la fatica fatte per ciò che avevo ottenuto e spronandomi ad ottenere sempre di più, senza mai accontentarmi. Nonostante fossi tornato in palestra per ben 5 volte a settimana, non riuscivo ad ottenere alcun risultato e quei chili in più rimanevano sempre là. Affidarmi a PTSuite è stata la mossa vincente per riottenere, dopo soli 4 mesi, la mia autostima e un corpo di cui sia orgoglioso. Tommaso, Filippo e Laura mi hanno spinto ogni volta a fare del mio meglio, educato a livello nutrizionale e costruito un piano affinché io possa raggiungere il mio obbiettivo. È stato faticoso (specialmente a livello alimentare), ma con l’aiuto dei ragazzi, mi sono spinto oltre limiti che non pensavo potessi superare. Although I went back to the gym 5 times a week, I couldn't get any results and those extra pounds always stayed there. Relying on PTSuite was the winning move to regain, after only 4 months, my self-esteem and a body I am proud of. Tommaso, Filippo and Laura have pushed me every time to do my best, educated on a nutritional level and built a plan so that I can reach my goal. It was tiring (especially in terms of food), but with the help of the kids, I pushed myself beyond limits that I didn't think I could overcome. Devo dire che hanno superato le aspettative che mi ero fatto. Sono seguito a 360°,ragazzi molto competenti e disponibili che cercano di metterti nelle migliori condizioni per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati. Attualmente sono 4 mesi che seguo un percorso di perdita peso e ricomposizione corporea e in questo periodo già ho perso 14 kg, ma stiamo lavorando per migliorare ancora. Gli ho conosciuti tramite social network, e da subito mi sono sembrati molto professionali e capaci. Così dopo 4 mesi di tentennamenti mi sono deciso a contattarli e q iniziare il mio percorso. Da subito sono stati super disponibili e chiari. Il percorso è stato molto faticoso, pieno di insidie ma grazie a loro, alla loro competenza al loro modo di lavorare in 7 mesi sono riuscito a tornare in una forma decente ho perso 12 kg e ho ricominciato a tonificare il muscolo che ormai era sommerso. Il percorso è difficile bisogna avere tanta forza di volontà e voglia di cambiare. Grazie a questi ragazzi che ti spronano e ti seguono in maniere eccellente, il percorso è più semplice e piacevole. Erano anni che non facevo nessuno sport e trovare un personal trainer che mi seguisse mi sembrava l’unica soluzione al problema. Ad oggi a due anni dall’apertura di PT Suite posso dire di non essermi sbagliata ma anzi di aver fatto la scelta più giusta di sempre. I ragazzi sono super disponibili e professionali, amano quello che fanno e lo trasmettono a chiunque si affidi a loro. Ho raggiunto in poco tempo tutti gli obiettivi che insieme ci eravamo prefissati e che in anni di fai da te non avrei mai nemmeno immaginato. La Suite è sempre in ordine e pulita, che di questi tempi non è da sottovalutare, ed i ragazzi sono sempre in cerca di nuove attrezzature da proporre. Gli allenamenti sono studiati e strutturati a seconda delle proprie esigenze e non sono mai monotoni o noiosi. Il team é attento, scrupoloso ed in costante crescita, lavorano davvero sodo e si meritano tutto il successo che stanno ottenendo e che sono sicura in futuro otterranno. I started training with Filippo even before PT Suite was born, I had reached a point where laziness had taken over. I hadn't been doing any sport for years and finding a personal trainer to follow me seemed to me the only solution to the problem. To date, two years after the opening of PT Suite, I can say that I was not wrong but rather that I made the right choice ever. Guys are super helpful and professional, they love what they do and pass it on to anyone who trusts them. I quickly achieved all the goals that we had set ourselves together and that in years of doing it yourself I would never have even imagined. The Suite is always tidy and clean, which these days is not to be underestimated, and the kids are always looking for new equipment to offer. The workouts are designed and structured according to your needs and are never monotonous or boring. The team is attentive, scrupulous and constantly growing, they work really hard and deserve all the success they are achieving and which I am sure they will achieve in the future.
