Vendono le cose e se ci sono problemi se ne lavano completamente le mani con una marea di scuse e tra l altro ulteriore beffa ti prendono anche da bugiardo! Intanto su Eprice mettono giorno di consegna rapido (come se fosse servizio Express) e la merce arriva alcuni gg dopo e danno le colpe al corriere! Acquistato frigo in Eprice e ci mancava una mensola. Danno subito: enorme in quanto capacita' quasi dimezzata del frigo. Mi son sentita quasi umiliata dal loro SCHIFOSO responso. MISERABILI PAGLIACCI Stay away from this company. They are painful and swindlers. They sell things and if there are problems they wash their hands completely with a lot of excuses and among other things, they also make you a liar! Meanwhile, on Eprice they put a quick delivery day (as if it were an Express service) and the goods arrive a few days later and blame the courier! Bought fridge in Eprice and we were missing a shelf. Damage immediately: huge as it is almost half the capacity of the fridge. I felt almost humiliated by their LOUD response. MISERABLE CLOWNS

Dopo più di 2 settimane continuano a NOON voler gestire la problematica e sostituire la merce, è veramente inaccettabile! Sconsigliatissimo Terrible, to be avoided! Devo integrare perché dopo vari contatti l'accredito è poi arrivato quindi laborioso ma non ci sono stati mancati rimborsi. Arrivato con le batterie difettate, dopo vari scambi di mail e telefonate scopro che il prodotto è del 2018 e la garanzia è scaduta! Nessuna assistenza da parte dei signori di PSK Mega Store, solo tante belle parole al vento e basta. Quindi, un venditore inaffidabile e prodotti scadenti, assolutamente da evitare, meglio acquistare da siti più sicuri dove la serietà è sicuramente migliore.
