E' importante poter essere accolti e messi immediatamente a proprio agio sentendo che ci si sta affidando a una persona formata, aggiornata, competente, capace di ascoltare e diretta nel parlare dei problemi proposti, ma anche spiegare i motivi di alcune questioni critiche e sintomi.
