★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel percorso fatto insieme alla dottoressa ho imparato a vivere il qui ed ora. Questo mi ha permesso di liberarmi degli attacchi di panico di cui soffrivo da anni e ho imparato a gestire l'ansia che li precedeva e che ormai oervadeva le mie giornate. Continuo a dover lottare. Non esistono ricette miracolose ma sto sicuramente meglio.
In the journey I took with the doctor I learned to live here and now. This allowed me to free myself from the panic attacks I had been suffering for years and I learned how to deal with the anxiety that preceded them and that now obliterated my days. I keep having to fight. There are no miraculous recipes but I'm definitely better.
