Cosentino userei sicuramente questa. È proprio nella condizione di smarrimento in cui chiunque può incappare che Cristina è stata abile nel riuscire a farmi ritrovare me stessa nella versione migliore e più forte. Mi ha insegnato la cosa più importante: il modo di vedere le cose e di approcciarsi a tutto ciò che fa male e non si accetta. Consiglierei questo percorso a tutti in quanto propedeutico all’acquisizione di maggiore consapevolezza di se stessi e di quello che ci circonda. Da sottolineare le capacità della Dottoressa che con grande abilità e delicatezza mette subito a proprio agio ponendosi sullo stesso piano di chi ha davanti. Mi sento di scrivere un piccolo pensiero personale sulla ma esperienza per poter essere d'aiuto al prossimo. Inizio con il parlare della dottoressa: simpatica e alla mano, sa metterti a tuo agio, esprime chiaramente i concetti e ti aiuta a esporre le problematiche per poi analizzarle insieme. Inoltre credo che una conoscenza approfondita di sè stessi sia necessaria nel corso della propria vita,per migliorare alcuni aspetti. Mi sento di aggiungere che è grazie a lei se oggi posso dire di essere una persona migliore, di essere "cresciuta" tanto! Penso che qualsiasi motivo spinga a cercare su internet una psicologa sia importante e da non sottovalutare. Sono passati quasi 3 anni dalla prima volta che sono andata da lei, stavo passando davvero un periodo buio, mi sentivo disorientata e persa…Grazie alle sue indicazioni, al suo supporto, ho iniziato ad avere sempre di più consapevolezze nuove e ad oggi posso dire che la mia vita è davvero cambiata! Sicuramente è ed è stata la mia forza di volontà ma senza l’aiuto di Cristina sono certa che non ce l’avrei fatta!
