Sto iniziando adesso un percorso psicologico perchè ho un problema con gli attacchi di panico che ho ormai da 5 anni e sta condizionando troppo la mia vita.
Visto che leggere su google mi è servito scrivo per dire che mi sto trovando bene
da questo psicologo. Soprattutto ho notato che mi lascia parlare e mi fa domande per capirmi. Avevo avuto un esperienza con uno psichiatra che oltre che a prescrivermi farmaci mi vedeva una volta al mese e costava un sacco.
Con il dott. Messieri le sedute sono sostenibili. Mi riprometto comunque di completare il mio giudizio più in là nel tempo per poter condividere la mia esperienza, come è stato positivo per me poter leggere le esperienze di chi mi ha preceduto.

from this psychologist. Above all, I noticed that he lets me speak and asks me questions to understand me. I had had an experience with a psychiatrist who, in addition to prescribing drugs, saw me once a month and cost a lot.
With dr. Messieri the sessions are sustainable. However, I plan to complete my judgment further in time to be able to share my experience, as it was positive for me to be able to read the experiences of those who preceded me.
