c	chiara .po. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biblioteca ottima per studiare. Il personale è gentilissimo e i luoghi sono ben curati. Purtroppo però non hanno manuali aggiornati e spesso non sono sufficienti gli armadietti a disposizione, alcuni addirittura sono difettosi e, soprattutto, sono all'esterno e non all'interno dell'edificio (questo secondo me li rende un po' meno sicuri). Excellent library for studying. The staff is very kind and the places are well cared for. Unfortunately, however, they do not have updated manuals and often the lockers available are not enough, some are even defective and, above all, they are outside and not inside the building (this in my opinion makes them a little less secure).

Il mio primo contatto è un impiegato che recupera le mie credenziali e mi spiega come prenotare dall'app. QUI HA INIZIO IL MIO INCUBO: sito web non funzionante, app che non permette di registrarsi ( bisogna farlo prima sul sito web) . Contatto a questo punto il numero telefonico che mi era stato dato poco prima per poter richiedere i miei libri.. Mi risponde un' impiegata facendomi capire che io solo non ero in grado di visualizzare il sito web in quanto a lei funzionava. Torno a casa, e provo a connettermi dal pc ma, in maniera analoga, il sito non parte. Ritorno in biblioteca e solo dopo aver posto le mie sentite lamentele riesco a parlare con Sergio, che mi consiglia di inviare una mail al servizio informazione per poter controllare la disponibilità dei libri che necessito. MORALE DELLA FAVOLA? DUE PERSONE ALL'INGRESSO POCO QUALIFICATE, NON HO PRESO IN PRESTITO NESSUN LIBRO POICHE' DOPO VARIE MAIL MI INFORMANO CHE AVREI DOVUTO SOSTENERE I COSTI DI TRASPORTO PER RICHIEDERE IL LIBRO PRESSO UN'ALTRA BIBLIOTECA E FARLO RECAPITARE A FOGGIA. Eppure 10 anni fa bastava solo pronunciare autore e titolo per avere un libro in prestito. This morning I needed to borrow 4 books. My first contact is an employee who retrieves my credentials and tells me how to book from the app. HERE MY NIGHTMARE STARTS: website not working, app that does not allow you to register (you have to do it first on the website). At this point I contact the telephone number that was given to me shortly before in order to request my books .. An employee replies making me understand that I alone was not able to view the website as it worked for her. I come home, and I try to connect from the PC but, in a similar way, the site does not start. I go back to the library and only after having put my heartfelt complaints can I speak to Sergio, who advises me to send an email to the information service in order to check the availability of the books I need. MORAL OF THE FABLE? TWO PEOPLE LITTLE QUALIFIED AT THE ENTRANCE, I HAVE NOT LOANED ANY BOOK BECAUSE AFTER VARIOUS EMAILS THEY INFORM ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BEAR THE TRANSPORT COSTS TO REQUEST THE BOOK AT ANOTHER LIBRARY AND HAVE IT DELIVERED TO FOGGIA. Yet 10 years ago it was enough just to pronounce the author and title to have a book on loan.

Ambiente tranquillo per studiare archivio storico culturale e sale conferenza, ottimo per menti in cerca di input.... Spero che a breve apriranno tutti gli ambienti anche quello musicale! Lo Consiglio a tutte le persone brillanti. All'interno solitamente c'è un custode dei libri che è molto disponibile e gentile, se non sbaglio di nome Marco, chiedete di lui!.... M	Marco Zarra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo il lockdown sono tutti impazziti soprattutto il barrista irrispettoso e arrogante, pensano che coloro che non sono vaccinati possono portare il virus ed anche coloro che sono vaccinati come me se gli sei semplicemente antipatico. Non so se i dipendenti della biblioteca sono proprio così o è stato il vaccino! After the lockdown everyone went crazy especially the disrespectful and arrogant barrista, they think that those who are not vaccinated can carry the virus and even those who are vaccinated like me if they just dislike you. I don't know if the library employees are just like that or it was the vaccine!

Ci sono molti utenti ma non danno fastidio. Ci sono molti dipendenti ma non danno fastidio nemmeno loro. Eccetera eccetera. Giudizio positivo. Nel suo interno c'è una grande sala consultazione del grandissimo patrimonio libraio di 70.000 volumi di cui la metà dal XV sec. fino a metà XVIII sec. È aperta al pubblico in possesso della bibliocard. Ottima la biblioteca per ragazzi e la sala dei fondi speciali provenienti dalla biblioteca comunale di Foggia. Inaugurated in 1974. Inside there is a large consultation room of the great bookseller's patrimony of 70,000 volumes, half of which from the 15th century. up to the middle of the 18th century. It is open to the public in possession of the bibliocard. The children's library and the special collection room from the municipal library of Foggia are excellent.
