★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande disservizio da parte della ricezione. Se hai necessita di Internet, sei Italiana/o ma risiedi altrove puoi anche dimenticare di avere diritto ai servizi wifi. Il personale e' molto sgarbato, inefficiente e per ninete rapresentativo di un luogo che presumibilmente dovrebbe promo Verena cultura. Questi servizi possono andare Avanti solo per scarsita' di alternative.
Great disservice on the part of the reception. If you need the Internet, you are Italian / or you live elsewhere you can also forget about being entitled to wifi services. The staff is very rude, inefficient and unrepresentative of a place that supposedly should have promoted Verena culture. These services can go on only due to lack of alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biblioteca tenuta bene e rispettosa delle normative Covid. Tuttavia orari troppo esigui e stretti, poche prese di ricarica e personale non sempre accoglientissimo e gentile.
Library well kept and compliant with Covid regulations. However, too small and tight hours, few recharging sockets and staff who are not always very welcoming and kind.
