I had no answer to my need and they didn't even know how to address me. They gave me office numbers in turn that either didn't know how to help me or didn't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile dare meno, ma lo merita assolutamente, mai visto un servizio così inefficiente, da ogni punto di vista, ore e ore passate al telefono, per infine non avere nessuna risposta, personale impreparato... mi dispiace per ogni poveretto che dovrà aver a che fare con questo posto molto meno che sufficiente.... cercate di migliorarvi.... veramente...
It is not possible to give less, but it absolutely deserves it, never seen such an inefficient service, from every point of view, hours and hours spent on the phone, to finally have no answer, unprepared staff ... I'm sorry for every poor guy who will have to dealing with this place much less than enough .... try to improve yourself .... really ...
