Abbiamo prenotato una visita, e appena arrivati abbiamo aspettato pochi minuti per accedere agli ambulatori. Unico neo che è un po' fuori dal centro di Carini, ma per il resto tutto ok. Excellent outpatient clinic, large outdoor parking, good access for the handicapped, very kind staff. We booked a visit, and as soon as we arrived we waited a few minutes to access the clinics. The only drawback that it is a bit 'out of the center of Carini, but otherwise everything is ok.

Questo posto è da evitare fatevi curare altrove xké qui troverete personale sanitario incompetente come quest'ultima!!! C	Claudio D' Amico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura situata troppo lontana dal centro abitato e non semplice arrivarci per chi non conosce la zona. Al telefono non rispondono mai. Il personale scortese per non dire maleducato. Sbuffano anche solo per dare un informazione. Si stanno seduti a fare i fatti propri anzichè dare retta alla persone che chiedono umilmente aiuto e chiarimenti. Riguardo l esperienza con i medici posso solo dire riguardo un solo reparto, una dottoressa assolutamente sgarbata e arrogante. Ma che fanno a fare i medici personaggi cosi rimane un mistero. Esperienza assolutamente pessima. Mi chiedo come mai sia ancora aperto. Dovrebbe essere gestito in maniera completamente diversa perchè non raggiunge neache minimamente la sufficienza. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti anche solo avvicinarsi alla struttura perchè di certo non avranno una buona esperienza. M	Maria Grazia Prestigiacomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima..ho messo una stella perchè non potevo metterne meno.Luogo fuorimano e con poche indicazioni per raggiungerlo.Appena arrivati, nonostante ci fossero persone con visita alle ore 8.15 il portone era chiuso ed è stato aperto alle 8:30... quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato risposto che il computer mette le visite già dalle 8:15 ma per errore ...cosa che non mi sembra possibile perchè trattandosi di ufficio pubblico l'apertura dovrebbe essere alle 8 e infatti sul sito l' orario è 8:00/13:00.La dottoressa è arrivata comodamente alle 9:17 quindi mia figlia ha fatto la visita non più alle 8:30 ma alle 9:30.La cosa più assurda è che non è un caso, tanti altri pazienti infatti hanno detto che comunque è una consuetudine, che va avanti da tempo , le visite iniziano sempre più tardi dell'orario programmato.Credo che il direttore Sanitario dovrebbe effettuare qualche controllo.Vi consiglio di scegliere altre strutture Bad experience..I put a star because I could not put less.Place out of the way and with few indications to reach it.As soon as we arrived, although there were people visiting at 8.15am the door was closed and it was opened at 8:30 ... when I asked for explanations I was told that the computer starts the visits already from 8:15 but by mistake ... which does not seem possible to me because being a public office the opening should be at 8 and in fact the time on the site It's 8:00 am / 1:00 pm The doctor arrived comfortably at 9:17 so my daughter made the visit no longer at 8:30 but at 9:30 The most absurd thing is that it is not a coincidence, many others In fact, patients have said that it is a custom, which has been going on for some time, the visits always start later than the scheduled time.I believe that the Health Director should carry out some checks.

Maleducazione, cafoneria, chi non rispetta la fila, chi entra mentre il dottore ti visita e soprattutto il display dei numeri rotto da anni a favorite la maleducazione. Il personale ai PC è di una incapacità ai limiti del credibile, per una prenotazione tempi apocalittici, 8 persone oltre 40 minuti. Il luogo ideale per perdere la pazienza e verificare il malfunzionamento della struttura. Tralasciamo l'aspetto igienico..... Come prenotare una prestazione ssn o intramoenia? Spero in una risposta veloce..ammesso e concesso che le recensioni vengano lette dal personale o dai responsabili della struttura.
