If there were 0 stars, I would put 0 answers after a thousand pecs, 200 calls to all numbers on the site, no answer. I think it is one of the most shameful examples of public administration not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzante! Se si potesse, darei zero! Un sacco di uffici e persone, ma non si riesce a parlare con nessuno. E quando si ha la fortuna di avere un contatto con qualcuno, sembra nasconda segreti di stato! Le persone che lavorano in questo ufficio danno "risposte", a mio avviso, volutamente evasive e inconcludenti. Altrimenti bisogna pensare che non capiscano cosa si chiede. Non so cosa sia peggio.
Embarrassing! If you could, I would give zero! A lot of offices and people, but you can't talk to anyone. And when you're lucky enough to have contact with someone, they seem to be hiding state secrets! The people who work in this office give "answers", in my opinion, deliberately evasive and inconclusive. Otherwise you have to think that they do not understand what is being asked. I don't know what's worse.

Trovo questa cosa veramente grave.
