Ma da ben 1 mese e mezzo sto aspettando che la mia pratica venga evasa causa assenza della persona che se ne occupa e nessuna sostituzione da parte dei colleghi. Servizio pessimo anche a livello informativo, in quanto non sono mai in grado di dare una risposta esaustiva su tempistiche o procedure da eseguire. Molto probabilmente perderò questa occasione grazie a queste persone. Ci sono molti giovani a casa che hanno bisogno seriamente di lavorare. Credo sia arrivato il momento di un cambio generazionale con personale in grado di adoperare in modo ottimale ed efficiente il sistema informatico, oltre che avere un rapporto più cordiale e disponibile con il pubblico. Purtroppo quando uno sa di avere il posto sicuro non si preoccupa minimamente di tutto ciò. Grazie ancora. I have been looking for work for 8 months. I will most likely miss this opportunity thanks to these people. There are many young people at home who seriously need to work. I think the time has come for a generational change with staff able to use the IT system in an optimal and efficient way, as well as having a more cordial and helpful relationship with the public.
