La palestra è aperta quasi tutti i giorni, quindi è perfetta per le persone con ogni tipo di vita. Tutte le attrezzature sono in ottime condizioni e sono disponibili attrezzature per un programma completo.
Leonardo is very kind and helpful. The gym has everything you need for good exercise, including wifi! The gym is open most days, so it's perfect for people with all kinds of life. All equipment is in excellent condition and equipment is available for a complete program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small compact locals gym. It is a few minutes walk from the Continental Hotel where I stayed. It's 10 euros for 90 minutes and the big plus for me was the music was NOT that dreadful rap and Radio 1 drivel heard in every UK gym in the country but was a pleasant mix of pop and soft rock many from the 80 and 90 period. I didn't use an instructor I knew what I was doing there and my focus was floor but there were many machines, weights, hand weights and usual medicine balls and accessories all available to use as needed. Gym was v busy my first visit and better for my subsequent. I went 4 times in my week there. Trainer was friendly but not an English speaker if that matters to you. Showers and changing facilities are all perfectly adequate. Bring your own water.
