Non finiremo, mai, di ringraziare il Vostro personale presente per l'umanità, la cortesia e l'educazione.
Il presidio era organizzato in maniera perfetta: pochi minuti di attesa, con posti a sedere per gli anziani, documentazione da compilare pronta da consegnare, pulizia e locale riscaldato dove spogliarsi dei cappotti, parcheggio per gli accompagnatori a pochi metri.
Non posso dire altro che GRAZIE.

The garrison was perfectly organized: a few minutes of waiting, with seats for the elderly, documentation to be filled out ready to be delivered, cleaning and a heated room where you can take off your coats, parking for the companions a few meters away.
