★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandi professionisti il Dr. Bottini e la Dr.ssa Di Felice. Un team di dentisti preparato ma soprattutto umano. Prima ero terrorizzata dal dentista ora, con loro, è tutto più semplice. Nella prima visita mi hanno anche fatto un'ortopanoramica, l'ho apprezzato tantissimo (considerando che di solito dovevo sempre andare in uno studio di radiologia) perchè sono riusciti a farmi una diagnosi precisa e rapida. Grazie mille! Consiglio il Dr. Bottini e tutto lo staff Prosmile! :-)
Great professionals Dr. Bottini and Dr. Di Felice. A team of trained but above all human dentists. Before I was terrified of the dentist now, with them, everything is simpler. In the first visit they also gave me an ortho-overview, I appreciated it very much (considering that usually I always had to go to a radiology office) because they managed to make me a precise and rapid diagnosis. Thanks so much! I recommend Dr. Bottini and all Prosmile staff! :-)

What can I say .. Professionalism is the password! Extremely clean, welcoming and avant-garde environment. I had a great time despite having a crazy fear, I was immediately put at ease and every fear ended with a handshake.
Congratulations to everyone, from the staff to the doctors. I finally found the right place and recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulizia e professionalità, ma tempi d'attesa molto lunghi per un appuntamento, almeno per gli assicurati metasalute, a pagamento non saprei. Ho dovuto disdire per motivi di lavoro, mi hanno rinviato di 30gg, è la 4 volta e penso l'ultima. Sono sempre stato disponibile quando mi è stato chiesto di cambiare appuntamento più volte. Mi rendo conto delle problematiche di gestione, ma non si può aspettare un mese per una carie o una pulizia.
Cleanliness and professionalism, but very long waiting times for an appointment, at least for metasalute policyholders, for a fee I don't know. I had to cancel for work reasons, they postponed me for 30 days, it's the 4th time and I think the last. I have always been available when I have been asked to change appointments several times. I understand the management issues, but you can't wait a month for a cavity or cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uno studio medico serio, visita gratuita, preventivo con tutte le spese distinte per voce e cosa non da poco viene fatturato tutto!!! Mi sono trovata molto bene e il lavoro fatto è stato perfetto.
a serious medical office, free visit, estimate with all the expenses separated by item and what's more, everything is billed !!! I found myself very well and the job was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho ricevuto un messaggio wapp di disdetta appuntamento, perche' sono stata cercata e non ho risposto alla telefonata. Oggi,( e posso dimostrarlo) non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata ( al contrario di quello che la segretaria ha detto, perché sono venuta, a chiedere chiarimenti, subito dopo aver ricevuto il messaggio)..perciò fate voi... Così caro dottore le piace la recensione? Cambiano le parole ma il risultato resta lo stesso.
