o	oro sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo fornitore , scrivono sul sito "Consegna rapida in 24/48 H" , ma non è assolutamente vero è solo un messaggio ingannevole, infatti ho effettuato ordine giovedì alle 10 ho ricevuto consegna il giovedì successivo . Basterebbe informare la clientela che le consegne non avvengono in 12/48 ore. Bad supplier, they write on the site "Fast delivery in 24/48 H ", but it is absolutely not true it is just a deceptive message, in fact I placed my order on Thursday at 10 am I received delivery the following Thursday. Dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti ci sono stati consegnati solo alcuni degli articoli mancanti.. ordinate 20 scatole sono state consegnate 13- ordinato confezione di 50 buste regalo, consegnata confezione da 25 ordinati 100 sacchetti metallizzati colore argento .. mai arrivati. Di seguito i motivi: Pago i miei ordini in anticipo con PayPal e spesso quando arriva il corriere non può consegnarmi la merce perché gli risulta che il pagamento è ancora da effettuare tramite contrassegno, quindi risale sul camion e se ne va. Le scatole che acquisto da loro mi arrivano spesso distrutte perché non le imballano adeguatamente per il trasporto, costringendomi di conseguenza a rifiutare la consegna. Vendono materiali da imballaggio ma la cosa assurda è che non li utilizzano per proteggere ciò che spediscono. Se volete un consiglio acquistate altrove. Negative Experience! Molto puntuali e professionali, cosa che non si trova in tutte le aziende. Zero assistenza (non si riesce mai a parlare qualcuno telefonicamente), ritardi nelle spedizioni, comunicazione di prodotti mancanti solo dopo il pagamento, nessuna email che confermi la spedizione dell'ordine. Attualmente sono in attesa di una parte di un'ordine fatto e pagato il 5 gennaio e per il quale mi è stato detto consegna dopo ulteriori 15gg oppure le rimborsiamo la somma senza valutare magari l'invio di un prodotto equivalente.
