S. e, nonostante le indubbie lunghe attese, ne è sempre uscito con una soluzione determinante alla guarigione, farmaci o impegnative per visite che fossero. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, nei limiti dei tanti pazienti da visitare. La prassi di un un solo medico ed un solo infermiere di turno la andrebbe certamente cambiata però! In the last two years my partner found himself having to use the P. S. several times and, despite the undoubted long waits, he always came out with a decisive solution to recovery, medications or demanding visits. Kindness and helpfulness of the staff, within the limits of the many patients to visit. The practice of a single doctor and a single nurse on duty should certainly be changed though!

Sono stato due volte al pronto soccorso dell'ospedale Maggiore, una da paziente e una da accompagnatore. In entramni i casi, nonostante i forti dolori ed i sintomi abbastanza preoccupanti, siamo stati invitati ad accomodarci in sala d'attesa PER ORE, senza che nessuno si preocccupasse di chiedere se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa (magari acqua, o addirittura chissà un antidolorifico...). To highly incompetent personal acceptance. Infinite waiting times, without having the slightest personal care. I have been to the emergency room of the Maggiore hospital twice, once as a patient and once as a companion. In both cases, despite the severe pain and the quite worrying symptoms, we were invited to sit in the waiting room FOR HOURS, without anyone bothering to ask if we needed anything (maybe water, or even who knows a painkiller. ..).

Alle 19 tutti quelli presenti al pronto soccorso sono stati mandati via causa emergenza e gli è stato detto di ripresentarsi il giorno dopo alle 8 di mattina compresa gente che era lì dalle 10 di mattina che aspettava solamente un esito di una lastra e una ragazza che dopo una visita oculistica doveva aspettare una terapia per l'occhio che gli si poteva dare subito durante la visita . Esperienza imbarazzante ,vergognosa e se potessi darei -5 stelle .e poi si parla di malasanità al sud ma di questi posti nessuno racconta nulla .Ripeto posto imbarazzante piuttosto che tornarci soffro I accompanied my partner at 5.30pm for a skin problem that was becoming unmanageable with regards to burning and itching. S	Salvatore Alessandro Amoroso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicoli e scandalosi, una visita prenotata alle 8 e 30 mi chiamano il giorno prima per dirmi di andare in pronto soccorso 10 minuti prima invece che in ambulatorio e presentarmi con i fogli che chiamavano subito Il dottore e procedevo per la visita, alle 10 mi chiamano per sapere perché non mi sono presentato alche ho risposto che aspettavo dalle 8, dopo un ora mi chiamano e i dottori della visita potevano venire prima ma non sono stati chiamati. Visita finita un ulteriore ora da aspettare per 2 carte. Comunicazione zero , non mettete orari se poi non avvisate!!! Ridiculous and scandalous, a visit booked at 8.30 am they call me the day before to tell me to go to the emergency room 10 minutes earlier instead of the clinic and present myself with the sheets that immediately called the doctor and I proceeded for the visit, at 10 they call me to find out why I didn't show up and I replied that I was waiting from 8, after an hour they call me and the doctors of the visit could come earlier but they were not called. Visit finished an additional hour to wait for 2 cards. Zero communication, do not set timetables if you do not notify !!!
