Quando lo trovate fatemi un fischio che magari lo provo anche io questo pollo eccezionale? Il locale e pulito e ben gestito personale molto cortese e quando prenoti vengono rispettati gli orari. Fossero tutti così i commercianti. Ottimi secondi a base di pollo con contorni ma non solo. Anche una specialità tutta lucana: la salsiccia "pezzente", una vera goduria. Carni preparate con maestria e con attenzione. Gustose anche le specialità speziate. Locale pulito e accogliente, fuori dal centro, caotico e costoso. Consigliatissimo Certainly one of the latest and most beautiful discoveries regarding simple and tasty gastronomy. Excellent second courses based on chicken with side dishes, but not only. Also a Lucanian specialty: the "pezzente" sausage, a real pleasure. Meat prepared with skill and attention. The spicy specialties are also tasty. Clean and welcoming place, out of the center, chaotic and expensive. Highly recommended

I could not wait to try the specialties of Pronto Pollo, in one of the popular neighborhoods most beautiful of Matera: the experience was positive from every point of view. Ho assaggiato sia il pollo con le patatine, sia le alette, la zampina e la salsiccia pezzente. Tutto buonissimo e i prezzi molto competitivi...Complimenti!!! I've been there a couple of times and had a great time. Francesco is really cool. I tasted both the chicken with fries, both the wings, the paw and the beggar sausage.
