Nell'ordine:
-impianto di depurazione a sale Aqua Plus sostituito due volte in pochi mesi per difetti di fabbrica( un'estate rovinata);
-telo di copertura piscina arrivato senza occhielli di fissaggio;
-pompa di filtraggio Astralpool guastatasi dopo poche settimane di funzionamento. Altra estate rovinata, ma soprattutto sei mesi per ottenere una riparazione che alla fine risulta "impossibile".
Da ieri pratica affidata all'avvocato.
Per fortuna mi ero affidato a un venditore italiano che vendeva prodotti italiani....
The worst online shopping experience ever.
In the order:
- Aqua Plus salt purification plant replaced twice in a few months due to manufacturing defects (a ruined summer);
- pool cover arrived without fixing eyelets;
- Astralpool filter pump failed after a few weeks of operation. Another ruined summer, but above all six months to get a repair that in the end is "impossible".
Practice entrusted to the lawyer since yesterday.
Luckily I had entrusted myself to an Italian seller who sold Italian products ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagare 15€ di spedizione espressa per due anellini in plastica leggerissimi per poi a distanza di due settimane ancora attendere la consegna non lo trovo corretto. Non spediscono in 24/48h come riportato sul sito. Acquisto fatto il 6 luglio (secondo loro durante l'orario di chiusura) e spedito secondo il loro sito l' 11 (mi avevano avvisato che avrebbero spedito il 9). Non forniscono inizialmente la tracciabilitá, se non dopo diversi solleciti, e il 17 inviano link di Bertolini che mostra il primo movimento dell'ordine giorno 16. Pertanto, pur volendo avere ragione, non si sono dimostrati seri nel rispetto dei tempi di consegna e indicando sul loro sito una data di spedizione farlocca.
Paying € 15 for express shipping for two very light plastic rings and then after two weeks still waiting for the delivery, I don't find it correct. They do not ship in 24 / 48h as reported on the site. Purchase made on July 6 (according to them during the closing time) and shipped according to their website on the 11th (they had informed me that they would send on the 9th). They do not initially provide traceability, except after several reminders, and on the 17th they send Bertolini's links showing the first movement of the order on day 16. Therefore, even if they wanted to be right, they did not prove serious in respecting the delivery times and indicating on their site a date of dispatch do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am based in the uk. My pool and Aqua Salt equipment is in Portugal. Equptment was supplied by piscine in 2017. I needed a component for pH part of the system. All communication was by WhatsApp. In 24 hours the component was on it's way to me in the uk.... would recomend this company to anybody very helpful- prompt- easy to work with. The Aqua Salt system has never let me down and takes good care of my pool Ph and conversion of the salt water to chlorine ....thanks guys ...Jon
