★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato alla 8 e mezza di mattina per chiedere se potevano sostituirmi lo scaldabagno non funzionante. Il signore con cui ho parlato mi ha fatto un preventivo che ho accettato, e dopo avergli dato nome, indirizzo e numero di telefono, mi ha detto che sarebbero venuti nel pomeriggio. Ho aspettato in casa tutto il giorno, e oltre a non essersi fatti vivi non si sono neanche degnati di telefonare per avvertire che non venivano(in quel caso li sarei stato comprensivo). Non so se questo sia stato o meno un caso isolato, ma si sono persi un potenziale cliente.
Ps: Per loro stessa ammissione non accettano pagamenti con il pos.
Called at 8:30 in the morning to ask if they could replace my non-working water heater. The gentleman I spoke to gave me a quote which I accepted, and after giving him his name, address and telephone number, he told me they would come in the afternoon. I waited at home all day, and in addition to not having shown up they did not even deign to call to warn them that they were not coming (in that case I would have been understanding). I don't know if this was an isolated case or not, but they missed a potential client.
Ps: By their own admission they do not accept payments with the pos.
