Dire che sono degli approfittatori è un eufemismo.
Un conto è tenersi un margine di guadagno, un altro speculare in maniera indegna sulla povera gente. Consiglio di chiedere un po' di valutazioni in giro prima di vendere a loro, soprattutto sulle pietre preziose.
 I was valued at a 500 euro ring, another goldsmith valued me at 1550.
To say that they are profiteers is an understatement.
It is one thing to keep a profit margin, another to speculate unworthily on poor people. I recommend asking for some ratings around before selling to them, especially on precious stones.

Bilancia a vista, venditori onesti e professionali. Ho escludo a priori quei compra oro che promettono cifre fuori mercato.. Consigliato.
Extremely positive experience. I brought old family heirlooms in 18ct gold and they were immediately liquidated for a counter value of € 30.73 per Gram. I received a receipt with a photo of what was sold and its amount.
Balance at sight, honest and professional sellers. I exclude a priori those buys gold that promise figures out of the market .. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to make a heavy white gold and diamond ring two millimeters wider to accommodate my finger which grew. They told me there are two ways to do it, one is to cut out a piece but it would change the look, shape and feel of the ring. The other way would be to add 2 millimeters of gold to it. They suggested adding 2 millimeters for a cost of 80 Euro. When I picked up the ring, I didn't weigh it at the store since I didn't see it being weighed when I left the ring. I just picked up the ring and it weighs 8 grams instead on 8.45 grams. I have an appraisal from an appraiser in California from before I moved for insurance purposes. When I told them I want my 80 Euros back, they said they would give it back to me which is proof that they know they've been caught. 80 Euros will not change my life so instead I have chosen to post this review and to go to the financial police.
