★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese, zero attenzione al cliente. Sono stata trattata in malo modo solo perchè arrivata 5 minuti prima dell'orario di chiusura, anche se l'orario di chiusura presente online era ben diverso. Sono stata invitata ad uscire quando invece all'interno dello store erano ancora presenti clienti che finivano i loro acquisti. E' questo il modo di trattare i clienti? Cosa sono questi favoritismi per i clienti amici e questo trattamento nei confronti degli altri?
 Very rude staff, zero customer focus. I was treated in a bad way only because I arrived 5 minutes before the closing time, even if the closing time present online was very different. I was invited to go out when there were still customers who were finishing their purchases inside the store. Is this the way to treat customers? What are these favoritism for friendly customers and this treatment towards others?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si entra solo se tesserati, per aziende qualificate e/o associate. Prezzi imbattibili. Un po'di confusione, legata alla scarsa larghezza di un paio di corridoi interni nel settore abbigliamento e all'illuminazione non perfetta. Parcheggio nei piazzali esterni del centro congressi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo outlet multiprodotto situato all'interno del centro direzionale Colleoni. L'ingresso è riservato solo ai tesserati. Per diventarlo bisogna lavorare per aziende convenzionate con loro. Si trova di tutto ( abbigliamento, scarpe, gioielleria, orologeria, profumeria, integratori, erboristeria, alimentari, vini). Gli sconti vanno dal 30% al 70%, ma ultimamente ci sono davvero poche vere occasioni rispetto ad alcuni anni fa e molti prodotti si trovano anche altrove con gli stessi sconti. Comunque qualche buona occasione si trova ancora, ma bisogna cercarla. Interessante il nuovo reparto salutistico/ erboristico con integratori e tisane di marca a metà prezzo rispetto a farmacie ed erboristerie. Spazi espositivi piccoli ed inadeguati alla quantità di merce presente. Spesso disordinato il reparto abbigliamento.
