Mi hanno anche aiutato nella vendita del mio appartamento dandomi sempre il consiglio giusto senza tanti giri di parole come fanno altre agenzie... Christian è particolarmente preparato sulle questioni “legali”. Bravi.
I just bought a house thanks to the Promissio branch of Udine .... Serious and competent. They also helped me in the sale of my apartment, always giving me the right advice without as many turns of words as other agencies do ... Christian is particularly prepared on "legal" issues. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercoledì siamo andati a vedere un appartamento in via cicogna da 690€ mensili accompagnata da Marco l’immobiliarista; ci piace ma prendiamo UN giorno di tempo per pensarci. Il giorno dopo chiamo nuovamente Marco e gli dico se può bloccarci l’appartamento che siamo propense all’affitto; lui ci conferma il tutto e ci da nuovamente appuntamento PER FIRMARE LE CARTE a martedì (oggi). Alle 9:00, circa, gli scrivo un messaggio sul dove vederci per i documenti e l’assegno fatto!! e la sua risposta è stata che aveva già affittato l’appartamento ad una pensionata!
La serietà di questa gente dov’e? Complimenti per la serietà
Wednesday we went to see an apartment on the stork from 690 € monthly accompanied by Mark the property developer; we like it but we take ONE day to think about it. The next day I call Marco again and tell him if we can block the apartment that we are inclined to rent; he confirms everything and gives us another appointment TO SIGN THE CARDS on Tuesday (today). At about 9:00 am, I write a message about where to see each other for the documents and the check made !! and his response was that he had already rented the apartment to a pensioner!
The seriousness of these people where they are? Congratulations on your seriousness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andato lì sabato scorso per la proposta di acquisto nel frattempo sapevano già che qualcuno si stava muovendo e questa mattina ho trovato la bella notizia. Che l'appartamento era stato venduto poca serieta. Ti avremmo fatto sapere è stato la risposta. Spero di non averci più a che fare.
Went there last Saturday for the purchase proposal in the meantime they already knew that someone was moving and this morning I found the good news. That the apartment was not sold seriously. We would have let you know was the answer. I hope I don't have to deal with it anymore.
