Davvero bello e il mare è meraviglioso con un' infinità di pesci. Association that offers many sporting and cultural initiatives in Bergeggi. We did the beautiful canoe excursion to the caves and the Bergeggi Island. Really beautiful and the sea is wonderful with an infinity of fish.

Ottimi aperitivi in spiaggia con cocktails ottimi e tapas varie. Fanno i coni di fritto mare o monti buonissimi! Prezzi onestissimi! Per il pranzo offrono dai panini (generosi ) all'insalata di polpo. Servizio noleggio canoe e pedalò. Spiaggia pulita My favorite beach in summer when I want to enjoy the clean sea. Young and dynamic staff. A big family! Excellent aperitifs on the beach with excellent cocktails and various tapas. The cones of fried sea or mountains are delicious! Honest prices! Ritrovo all'ufficio della proloco sull'Aurelia. Qui ci attendono le due guide, Andrea e Francesca. Alle 21:00 inizia la salita di un'ora e mezza che ci porterà sino ai boschi che abbracciano le alture di Bergeggi e dove troveremo il maestro Carlo Aonzo. Per noi era la prima volta che camminavamo nel bosco di notte, che dire? fa un po' impressione, si sentono rumori isoliti, profumi inesplorati, riflessi misteriosi. Le luci delle lampade frontali cambiano la dimensione del camminare. Il maestro suona alla luce di qualche candela, musica molto 'alta' ma non si può non essere rapiti dalla bravura dell'artista e dalla magia del luogo. Al termine Andrea e Francesca ci guidano nel rientro, sempre bravi ed attenti. We attended the "Pizzichi di luna" evening on Friday 30 July. Beautiful and very well organized. For us it was the first time we walked in the woods at night, what about? it makes a bit of an impression, you can hear isolated noises, unexplored perfumes, mysterious reflections. The lights of the headlamps change the dimension of walking. The master plays in the light of a few candles, very 'high' music but one cannot fail to be captivated by the skill of the artist and the magic of the place. At the end Andrea and Francesca guide us back, always good and attentive.
N	Nicolas Gasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza con l'escursione in canoa. Si visitano grotte, le spiagge più belle e ci si avvicina all'isola per un bagno. Perfetto per chi non conosce la zona e vuole orientarsi o anche per chi la conosce già, ma non ha mai avuto modo di esplorarla in canoa. Da un punto di vista fisico, può risultare faticoso per chi non è allenato (soprattutto in canoa singola), ma non richiede uno sforzo molto elevato. Great experience with the canoe excursion. We visit caves, the most beautiful beaches and we approach the island for a swim. Perfect for those unfamiliar with the area and want to orient themselves or even for those who already know it, but have never had the opportunity to explore it by canoe. From a physical point of view, it can be tiring for those who are not trained (especially in a single canoe), but it does not require a very high effort.
