Very bad company that does not follow its customers, after a month there were still no products, samples and monographs that were enough to send by email. And after several telephone calls they requested me for the umpteenth time the email ....

Dopo aver rincorso per giorni al telefono la costumer care per capire la data indicativa della consegna (ogni volta mi veniva risposto che avrebbero verificato e mi avrebbero ricontattata, cosa che puntualmente NON succedeva!) ...finalmente arriva il pacco e sorpresa: uno dei prodotti è chiaramente difettoso! Il tonico viso risulta torbido e pieno di impurità, allora comunico la cosa inviando le foto via mail e messenger, ma vengo ignorata e ad oggi nessuno mi ha ancora dato una spiegazione proponendo una soluzione!Così facendo non mi fanno certo venir voglia di fare buona pubblicità, anzi il contrario! nè di acquistare ancora il loro prodotti!
I bought some products on their website: the service was AWFUL! After chasing the costumer for days on the phone to understand the indicative date of delivery (every time I was told that they would check and contact me again, which was NOT on time!) ... finally the package arrives and surprise: one of the products is clearly defective! The face tonic is cloudy and full of impurities, so I communicate the thing by sending photos via email and messenger, but I am ignored and to date no one has yet given me an explanation by proposing a solution! In doing so they certainly do not make me want to do good advertising, rather the opposite! nor to buy their products again!
