C	Claudio Belpanno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questi di progetto legno mi hanno proprio stupito , appena entrato in ufficio con tanto di show room , era una mattina, c'era Cristina , addetta alla amministrazione, molto gentile , abbiamo parlato di cio' che mi serviva, praticamente cambiare tutte le finestre e la porta di ingresso, quindi stiamo parlando di un po' di euro , scelsi internorm, ( leader in Europa ). La cosa che mi interessava particolarmente ,oltre ad avere una buona qualita', era sapere se il mio interlocutore ( Cristina ) ne capisse veramente di amministrazione perche' porte e finestre era detraibili al 65 %. La Cristina era ed e' preparatissima e meticolosa , questo ti fa passare allo step successivo , la progettazione , li entra in campo Anael la quale mi spiega bene tutti i prodotti con eccezionale competenza e concludiamo in pochissimo tempo.Arriva il giorno dell'istallazione, arrivano due istallatori ( italiani ) di lunga esperienza e di notevole professionalita', gentili sorridetti e ovviamente produttivi. Sono felicissimo di quello che ho messo a casa . Cambiata la vita in riscaldamento , rumorosita' e sicurezza. La Cristina si e' occupata della certificazione ENEA e tutto e' andato alla perfezione. Io chiamo tutto questo.... PROFESSIONALITA'... COMPLIMENTI PER IL SUO TEAM SIG. MAREGA these of wood project really amazed me, as soon as I entered the office with a showroom, it was one morning, Cristina was in charge of the administration, very kind, we talked about what I needed, practically change all the windows and the front door, so we're talking about a few euros, I chose internorm, (leader in Europe). The thing that particularly interested me, besides having a good quality, was knowing if my interlocutor (Cristina) really understood about administration because doors and windows were 65% deductible. Cristina was and is very prepared and meticulous, this makes you move on to the next step, the design, Anael enters the field, who explains all the products to me with exceptional competence and we conclude in a very short time. two installers (Italian) of long experience and remarkable professionalism arrive, kind smiles and obviously productive. I am very happy with what I put at home. Life changed in heating, noise and safety. Cristina took care of the ENEA certification and everything went perfectly. I call all this ....
