I lavori sono terminati questa settimana e posso dire di essermi trovato davvero bene col geometra Maurizio che coordina tutti i lavori. In primo luogo il preventivo è stato chiaro, dettagliato e trasparente così da permettermi eventuali confronti con altri preventivi e un immediato check sul budget a mia disposizione. I lavori sono stati effettuati a regola d’arte ed entro la scadenza condivisa indicata nel contratto. Una cosa che ho molto apprezzato è stato il continuo allineamento sui lavori, sia quelli effettuati sia quelli in corso d’opera. Questo mi ha infatti permesso di monitorare i lavori sentendomi partecipe e attivo con numerosi confronti e spunti operativi su come procedere man mano. Maurizio si é dimostrato una persona affidabile, disponibile e flessibile nel recepire le nostre esigenze e renderle realtà sempre con la massima professionalità e gentilezza. In virtù di queste considerazioni mi sento di consigliare questa impresa a chiunque abbia le mie stesse esigenze per affrontare i lavori con la massima serenità. The works ended this week and I can say that I got along really well with the surveyor Maurizio who coordinates all the works. First of all, the estimate was clear, detailed and transparent so as to allow me to compare with other estimates and an immediate check on the budget available to me. The works were carried out in a workmanlike manner and within the shared deadline indicated in the contract. One thing that I greatly appreciated was the continuous alignment on the works, both those carried out and those in progress. Il servizio riservato è stato preciso e puntuale, in fase di sopralluogo iniziale e stesura preventivo, con precisi appunti tecnici su opere di rimozione scala e rifacimento di alcuni muri interni divisori. Secondariamente durante tutta la lavorazione il Geometra è stato sempre presente in cantiere a coordinare le lavorazioni ed a verificare GIORNALMENTE sul campo ogni fase del lavoro. Lavorazione conclusa con costi e tempistiche accordate, il risultato è stato più che soddisfacente; ora la nostra azienda gode di una splendida zona relax rinnovata ed un magazzino molto più capiente rispetto a prima. Consiglio vivamente la professionalità di Progetto e Casa, una realtà seria e trasparente. Devo dire di essermi trovato molto bene sia per la professionalità in quanto i preventivi sono stati rispettati, sia per la gestione dei lavori curati quotidianamente dal geometra stesso . per quel che mi riguarda ho apprezzato tantissimo il coordinamento tra le imprese ed artigiani che hanno eseguito i lavori sempre e costantemente seguiti dal geometra Di Menza. consiglio vivamente di affidarsi a lui. Il geometra Di Menza è sempre stato presente e reperibile, disponibile, puntuale nella consegna del lavoro. Ma la cosa veramente importante per me è stata la fiducia perché ti segue lui tutti i lavori ed eventuali problemi, ad ogni richiesta sono sempre stata accontentata (nel limite della fattibilità).
