M	Maurizio De Minicis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondo al proprietario dicendo che è possibile sì ricevere il pesce di 5 giorni: essendo passato sabato mattina quel pesce era di martedì (primo giorno utile di apertura). 5 gg no, magari 4: un pesce che prendendolo dalla testa forma una L e non rimane teso vuol dire che non è fresco, così come sfilettandolo che diventa praticamente tartare per la poca consistenza. Poca scelta e pesce non fresco. Ho preso due naselli stamattina venduti come freschi ma erano almeno di 5 giorni, polpa molliccia e odore sgradevole. Neanche il gatto ha gradito. Inutile dire che non tornerò più. Le assicuro che i naselli di 5 giorni non li troverà mai nella nostra attività: primo perché la maggior parte del pesce che trova esposta proviene dal nostro peschereccio di famiglia che torna a scaricare il pesce quasi tutte le mattine; secondo perché quando non torna la nostra imbarcazione vado al mercato ittico civitanovese all'ingrosso dove il pescato venduto da altri pescherecci è lo stesso quotidiano. Se davvero avesse avuto delle lamentele da fare sarebbe potuto passare in negozio e ne avremmo parlato tranquillamente. Detto ciò,spero che venga in un giorno di apertura per consigliarla al meglio. Nel retro bottega c'è la Madre di Fabio che fa' x 3 e che su ordinazione ripuliscono qualsiasi tipo di pesce e lo Cucinano in maniera Deliziosa. Frutti di mare di tutti i tipi conditi a vostro piacimento e poi Fritture di Paranza o Tradizionale....insomma per finire Complimenti a tutto il Personale sempre Sorridente e Gentilissimi.....Ciao e Grazie di Esistere Peschiera Professional is at the counter where we are served by his son Fabio with a flawless cleaning showcase and well exposed and fresh fish. Posso dire , io che di pesce ne mangio e ne compro tanto, questa pescheria batte tutti, non solo per la qualità del pesce ma per la professionalità che offre nel seguire il cliente. Tutto il pesce viene pulito in maniera meticolosa (se richiesto), quindi una volta a casa basta cucinarlo senza fare il ripasso della pulizia. E poi, cosa non di poco conto,sono molto cortesi e gentili. Tornerò a trovarvi! Not being from Civitanova, I followed the advice of a friend who directed me to this fish market.
