Contattato il titolare via whats app la sera alle 21 ha risposto subito e la mattina seguente la responsabile, sempre via messaggio (quindi con grande velocità di comunicazione facendomi risparmiare molto tempo) ha gestito al situazione ed inviato nuovo prodotto senza spese di spedizione. Servizio serio, corretto e professionale. Tutte le vendite web dovrebbero funzionare così, ci sarebbe più fiducia e i negozi lavorerebbero di più e meglio. Per la mia esperienza non posso non consigliare di acquistare da loro.
