Non me ne sono accorta finché non sono andata a cambiarlo una settimana dopo, portando solo gli scontrini che mi avevano dato e mi hanno negato la richiesta del cambio. La commessa molto scortese ha tentato di dire che fosse colpa mia per non essermene accorta anticipatamente. I made a gift and I was not given the courtesy receipt (even after specifying that it was a gift). I didn't notice until I went to change it a week later, bringing only the receipts they had given me and denied me the request for the change. The very rude saleswoman tried to say that it was my fault for not having noticed in advance.

Vende tutte le migliori marche di profumi, creme, articoli per il trucco e le unghie, nonché articoli inerenti la profumeria in generale. Personale cortesissimo e professionale. Se si richiede la loro tessera si può usufruire di ottimi sconto che vengono assegnati ai clienti affezionati tramite SMS in particolari periodi dell'anno! Di recente ho chiesto determinati prodotti (tutti normali e ben reperibili) e mi è stato risposto di andare altrove perché avevo richieste assurde. Una commessa, con molta poca professionalità mi ha detto che ciò che chiedevo era da “vecchia” e “non sapevo quello che volevo”, sottintendo che fossi una stupida per avanzare certe richieste. Ci ho comprato perché è vicino casa, ma ora andrò altrove. I happened to buy here even for very high amounts. Unfortunately, I always had to do it myself, because despite having asked for help, I did not receive any. I recently asked for certain products (all normal and well available) and was told to go elsewhere because I had absurd requests. A saleswoman, with very little professionalism, told me that what I was asking was "old" and "I did not know what I wanted", I imply that I was stupid to make certain requests. I bought it because it is close to home, but now I will go elsewhere.
