Il pacco è arrivato entro i tempi previsti, purtroppo il punteggio è da attribuire al pessimo comportamento della commessa che mi ha servita. Oltre ad essere molto sgarbata, la commessa non voleva impacchettare il profumo essendo un acquisto on line (durante l'acquisto avevo però selezionato la vole confezione regalo) e inoltre mi ha consegnato il regalo in una busta presa dal pavimento (sporca e ripetutamente calpestata proprio da lei!). Sconsiglio decisamente il punto vendita di Salerno! I bought a perfume online by choosing to pick it up at the Salerno store. r	roberta di rocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro in negozio e mi dirigo verso la commessa più vicina all’entrata (bassa, magra e riccia) chiedendo se potevo avere informazioni, visto che stava parlando già con un altro cliente, e lei , dopo avermi fissata per diversi secondi,allarga le braccia voltandosi da un’altra parte esclamando: chieda!. Io le faccio presente che la mia domanda era di cortesia visto che stava servendo già un’altra persona. Procedo con la domanda e le chiedo se avevano disponibile un siero della VICHI con cui mi ero trovata benissimo. Lei mi fissa e si rivolge con lo stesso tono con cui si parla ai bambini : VICHI?? VICHI e’ da farmaceutica. A quel punto le dico con tono evidentemente irritato,visto il suo comportamento, che in altri DOUGLAS ci sono prodotto da farmaceutica. A quel punto non so se e’ tornata in se’ e ha addolcito il suo tono. Sembra surreale in realtà non lo e’ ma consiglio vivamente alle risorse umane di selezionare attentamente le commesse che devono interfacciarsi con i clienti. O forse le ricordavo solo qualcuna che non le stava particolarmente simpatica. ?Unica nota negativa di Salerno. Attenzione alle selezioni .
